Attorney - Litigation Practice Group
The candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including e-discovery compliance, motion practice, and depositions. Work with supervising attorneys to represent a variety of clients, including automotive suppliers, financial institutions, and insurance companies. Managing litigation matters of varying sizes, including large-scale litigation. Analyzing case materials to identify legal issues and potential strategies. Drafting pleadings, legal memorandum, and reports. Assisting with the preparation for depositions, case evaluations, arbitrations, mediations, and trials; and performing legal research. Admission to the Michigan Bar, excellent academic credentials, and strong research, and writing skills are required.
