Senior Legal Counsel
Duties: Preparing, drafting, and processing contracts and other legal documents, including SaaS agreements, master services agreements and related statements of work, RFPs, technology license agreements, nondisclosure and non-competition agreements. Conducting legal, general, and factual research, in addition to due diligence. Organizing and tracking legal filings. Managing, tracking, and reporting status of new contracts and amendments to ensure timely execution. Providing support for personnel-related matters. Assisting with special projects. Developing and managing a contracts process for expirations, renewals, terminations, term escalators, and other key recurring milestone events. Maintaining communication with internal stakeholders, outside counsel and third parties.
