Patent Attorney
The candidate will be responsible to conduct prior art searches, conduct freedom-to-operate (FTO) studies, prepare and prosecute complex patent applications, negotiate intellectual property transactions, and counsel clients in various matters. Must have a high aptitude for quickly mastering advanced scientific and technological subject matter; the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing; the ability to work individually as well as in a team environment; and a record of outstanding academic and non-academic achievement.
