Associate Attorney
The candidate will join a firm with a focus on intellectual property, general corporate, employment and litigation. Must have 5+ years of general corporate experience interested in broadening practice areas. Should be enthusiastic, thoughtful and capable of working independently, and will have proven transactional experience in a range of matters. General corporate, employment and/or intellectual property knowledge and experience a plus. New Jersey Bar admission required. NY/CA/FL Bar admissions a plus.
