A mid-sized, well-established, full-service law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Intellectual Property group in Washington, D.C. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney to get hands on experience. This can be a partnership or off-track position. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years of intellectual property litigation experience.
• Must have experience handling patent litigation involving computer software, electronics, medical devices and pharmaceutical technologies.
• Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are a plus.
• Should have top law school credentials.
