A mid-sized full-service law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Intellectual Property group in Washington, D.C. Candidate must have 3-5 years of patent litigation and client counselling experience, including the ability to manage all aspects of fact discovery. This position is full-time.

Requirements:

• Registered to practice before the USPTO
• Must have degree in cellular biology, chemistry, biology, immunology, molecular biology, pharmaceutical sciences, genomics, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related area.
