How to Write a Litigation White Collar Crime Attorney Job Description

Law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney to join their litigation group in Houston. The candidate will help manage complex commercial, qui tam and white-collar cases. You will have full responsibility for cases, take and defend depositions, draft necessary pleadings and participate in trials. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

• Should have 1+ year of experience in litigation either at a law firm or as a judicial clerk.
• Must be admitted to the Texas Bar or be able to pass the Texas Bar within one year from the date of hire.
• Judicial clerkships or internships are preferred.
