Candidate will be advising clients on a variety of matters including partnerships, tax planning, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and general tax activities. Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Experience advising clients on general tax, transactional, and tax litigation issues.
• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Preferably have trial experience with IRS Counsel or Department of Justice
