The candidate should have 0-3 years of legal experience. Must demonstrate a dedication to working in a broad array of education law areas including, board organization and operations, construction, federal and state employment laws, labor relations and collective bargaining, special education law, student rights and responsibilities, territory transfers, property valuation, arbitrations and administrative hearings, civil litigation and trial advocacy, and appellate law.
