The candidate handle criminal cases from initial consultation through resolution in both state and federal courts within San Diego County; Must have experience as a practicing criminal attorney in California, preferably San Diego County. We are looking for someone with exemplary problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and time management skills who can hit the ground running. Quality over quantity (in years) of experience is what matters most. Equally important is the candidate s personality, character, intelligence, and overall integrity. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is preferred, but not required.
