Tax Attorney
The candidate will be advising clients on tax planning, compliance, and other general corporate matters. Should have 10+ years of tax experience. Experience in tax aspects of corporate transactions, including partnership transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructurings. An LLM in tax is strongly preferred. Should have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
