Public Finance Attorney
The candidates should possess excellent critical thinking, analytical and writing skills and sophisticated transactional experience, with some portable business. A background in public finance and municipal bond law, including relevant federal tax, securities, nonprofit and municipal law, would be highly desirable but not required. Will work with the head of our public finance and municipal bond practice to transition that practice, while augmenting the firm s other transactional work.
