Anti-Kickback/Stark Law compliance. EMAIL. Professional licensing. Lobbying and drafting of health care legislation. Antitrust. Guardianships, health care powers of attorney and living wills. Healthcare mediation and dispute resolution. Public records/open meetings for public hospitals. Governance of tax-exempt organizations.
