* Respect. We are “professionals” in the truest sense of the word. From our interactions with clients and vendors to the atmosphere inside the office itself, we treat everyone with respect and courtesy.

* Quality of Life. We work hard on behalf of our clients, but we never forget that many of the most important things in life are found outside of the office. At Koprince Law, we believe that our employees are happiest when their hard work does not prevent them from enjoying life.

* Improvement. We work in a dynamic profession in a vibrant city, and we know that there is always room for improvement and growth. From soliciting feedback from clients and colleagues (and acting on it) to encouraging professional development, we are always aiming to improve ourselves and our firm.

* Fun. Yes, it’s a job, and there will always be days that all of us wish we were somewhere else. But Koprince Law also encourages a little fun, too—whether it is firm-sponsored birthday parties, March Madness brackets, snacklucks, or just taking a few minutes in the break room to chat with your colleagues, Koprince Law is a place where you can be yourself.
