Entry Level Associate Attorney
The candidate must be equipped to take on a high level of responsibility and to exercise strong independent judgment in the service of clients. Will practice predominantly in litigation can expect to argue motions in court, take depositions and draft pleadings in their first year, while new associates in the business practice areas will participate in analyzing and structuring transactions and drafting the documents to implement them.
