The candidate should have Ph.D, M.S., or B.S. in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, or physics. Should be registered to practice before the USPTO, and have 8 years experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Candidates having original patent application drafting experience in electrical and/or software related technologies are eligible to telework/telecommute.
