Job Description:
Associate Attorney
Duties: Patent Application preparation and prosecution. Client Disclosure review and technical assessments. Working familiarity with US Patent Office rules of practice. Preparing patent disclosures from Client instructions. reviewing Office Action communications and making response recommendations. Trademark Application preparation and prosecution. Working familiarity with US Trademark Office rules of practice. Preparing trademark applications. Eevaluation of specimen of use. Preparing and filing Office Action responses. Client and Partner focus. Timely communications and responsiveness. Positive and cooperative attitude. Understanding project objectives and work product goals.
