Genova Burns LLC, a mid-sized law firm, is seeking a senior level Attorney with minimum 7 – 10 years of experience for its Business Law and Corporate Transactions Practice Group. Partnership potential exists for candidates with substantial book of business. Opportunity is available on a hybrid in-office schedule reporting to any of the firm’s offices in Newark, Jersey City, Basking Ridge, Camden or Lambertville.
