The candidate should preferably have LL.B or above (unified enrollment; first-tier universities); overseas background and a J.D. degree; Have lawyer practicing qualification; qualification in other regions or countries would be an asset; At least 3 years of working experience as a full-time lawyer, and legal experience in companies concerning foreign investment, finance, real estate, funds, trust, securities and insurance, etc. would be an asset; Strong written skills and fluency in oral and written English/Japanese/French are preferred; Identify with the integrated, professional concept and management mode.
