Job Description:
Senior Corporate Counsel
Duties: Day-to-day advice and counseling to sales, customer service/support, marketing, product management, R&D, and other key functional areas. Draft and negotiate various agreements including commercial-technology agreements such as license, service, hosting, and partner agreements. Mitigate risk in connection with the launch of new products and services. Develop and implement legal training for internal clients. Assist with dispute management. Provide support for other attorneys and for company-wide legal initiatives, as needed.
