Regulatory / Health Care Attorney
The candidate should be a Virginia-licensed attorney with 5-10 years of experience in regulatory/administrative law. Some portable work in the health care regulatory or compliance fields, such as reimbursement, licensure, CMS appeals, and fraud and abuse matters. Existing books of business in related administrative practice areas such as ABC law or government contracting. A JD from an accredited law school, licensed to practice in Virginia, proven track record of academic success, and has a commitment to a career in civil litigation as a courtroom advocate. Works well as part of a team and has a passion to represent and fight for health care professionals and provide excellent service with compassion and commitment.
