Commercial Property Solicitor
The candidate will provide legal advice and guidance on various issues, including property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, licenses, and landlord and tenant matters. Should have an experienced commercial property solicitor with at least 2-3 years of PQE. Should be bright and hardworking, with excellent technical ability, and a good communicator with plenty of initiative. Should have direct exposure to a wide variety of clients, such as agents, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants, and all types of real estate, including offices, retail, leisure, and industrial.
