Assistant State's Attorney (Civil Division)
The candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of legal advice and representation to all Champaign County elected and appointed officials and county departments. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. Should have experience and interest in practice areas including municipal law, employment law, planning and zoning, civil litigation, and representation of units of local government. Some courtroom experience preferred.
