Litigation Staff Attorney
The candidate will manage a high-volume commercial litigation docket and also handle collections matters for the firm. Should have 5+ years of experience in managing consumer litigation, products liability, and/or civil and commercial matters. Knowledge of efficient billing practices and managing a case from start to finish is required. Courtroom experience related to motion practice is strongly desired.
