Family Law Paralegal
The candidate will be actively handling all aspects of a client s case, including coordinating intake of potential new client ( PNC ) consults, assisting with new client onboarding, preparing client folders, communicating with various parties, drafting pleadings, preparing financial declarations, conducting discovery, supporting attorneys in all aspects of a case, including, assisting in the preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials. Should have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in Family Law.
