IP Associate (Patent Prosecution)
The candidate should have superior academic credentials and 1-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical or mechanical arts. In addition to admission to the New Jersey State Bar, should ideally be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills and patent prosecution experience.
