Insurance Coverage Attorney
The candidate duties involves representation of insurers with respect to insurance coverage, litigation management, and alternative dispute resolution. Work will include analyzing coverage matters, preparing coverage opinions, and advising insurers on complex coverage issues under CGL, professional liability, and commercial auto policies. Experience with coverage issues related to construction defect litigation and additional insured coverage a plus. Must have admitted to practice in Texas.
