The candidate should preferably have LL.B or above (unified enrollment; first-tier universities) , overseas background and a J.D. degree. At least 5 years of practice experience as a lawyer, good at legal services in finance, private equity, international business and company listing?etc; For partners specialized in banking business, more than two long-term stable clients that are the branches of city-level banks or above are required; for partners engaged in international business, more than three long-term stable clients that belong to Top 500 Companies or large foreign trade enterprises are required; for partners specialized in securities listing business, experience of IPO and signature of more than two stocks approved by the CSRC is required; Served as a partner or senior executive of a large law firm; A business volume of no less than RMB 1.5 million/year over the past three years, and good customer resources and government relations; Excellent team management ability, communication skills and ability to look from a bigger picture; Identify with the integrated, professional and salary-based development strategy, obey and accept the unified management of the Board of Directors.
