Job Description:
Corporate Paralegal
The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in a law firm setting. Must be conversant in the preparation and filing of corporate and limited liability company organizational documents (i.e Articles, Amendments, Bylaws, Resolutions, Operating Agreements, FEIN Applications, etc.) and M&A transactional due diligence matters, including litigation searches, UCC searches, and preparation of schedules. Should have familiarity with real estate searches and filings with Register of Deeds.
