Patent Attorney
Candidate will prepare and prosecute patent applications, but also engage in patent counseling in a hands-on matter with extensive direct client and USPTO contact. Some patent litigation support and PTAB support, including infringement, invalidity, and claim construction analysis, general patent strategy counseling for clients, and providing assistance with design arounds and freedom to operate opinions. With gaining excellent legal experience, includes coaching and mentoring to help develop the attorney as a successful project manager/client relationship manager and further includes career growth opportunity within the firm for an attorney that can successfully grow a client base. Patent and IP Law Experience, preferably 8 years' and licensed to practice before the USPTO. Is required.
