Labor Attorney
The candidate will work in various areas of the firm s practice, including representing labor unions and workers in the construction industry. Will focus on private sector building trades, entertainment, service, and manufacturing industries unions. Job duties include representing workers at grievance arbitration hearings, working on prevailing wage issues and legislative issues (local and state), defending labor unions in state and federal court, administrative hearings before the National Labor Relations Board, and collective bargaining. Must be licensed and in good standing in California.
