Police Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for providing legal research (particularly difficult and complex issues) for cases brought before the Nashua District Court; will be actively involved in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of these cases; will suggest policy changes or training to avoid future legal issues. Must be a member of the NH Bar Association. Criminal trial experience is preferred.
