Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Senior Associate / Junior Partner (New York)
The candidate must have 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to the acquisition, disposition, and development of property, financing/loan transactions, operating agreements, and leasing.
