The candidate will represent clients in both transactional and litigation matters and provide strategic advice and counseling to developers, investors, financial institutions, homebuilders, property managers, brokers, contractors, public entities, and high-wealth individuals. While Weintraub real estate transactional attorneys and litigators work together closely, this position s primary focus will be transactional. Should have 2-4 years of experience in real estate law and finance with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions.
