Trusts & Estates Partner, Senior Associate, or Senior Counsel
The candidate' should have 10+ substantive experience drafting and implementing sophisticated Estate and Advance Planning strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area, including gift and estate tax planning business transactions, private equity, securities offerings, and mergers & acquisitions. The candidates should possess superior communication, drafting, writing, research and excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills. Should have skills and excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills. Education: JD; candidates with business, financial or tax qualifications (LL.M., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST) and Law Review or Business Law Journal experience preferred.
