Georgia Associate need for fast growing Banking, Finance, and Creditors Law Firm

Job Description:

We are one of the largest banking law firms in the Southeast.  Our firm represents the worlds largest financial organizations, banks, insurance companies, and investors.  We are actively seeking attorneys that are licensed in GEORGIA and other jurisdictions. Due to the COVID crisis, the banking industry is preparing to be busier than ever in history. Our Law Firm manages the default and litigation cycle for banks and financial institutions. We are actively seeking to hire remote attorneys throughout Georgia.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Hearing coverage
• Jury and non-jury trials
• Media review, suit review, demand review, validation
• Signing suit packages and motion practice
• Negotiate case settlement with pro-se and adverse counsel

YOU MUST:

1. An eye for details and accuracy

2. Strong organizational skills

3. Self-starting, motivated, and not requiring micro-management (THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION)

4. Courtroom experience, specifically with creditor and debtor contracts

5. Be reliable

6. A positive TEAM PLAYER attitude

7. A clean background and Bar License (no felonies or financial crimes)

8. Setup to work in a remote capacity (ideally a home office)

9. A desire to grow with the firm and build a long-term mutually beneficial relationship
