Responsibilities: Responding to written discovery and administrative charges, managing e-discovery, briefing dis positive motions, examining witnesses at trial or in arbitration, conducting mediation and settlement conferences, and drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, employment policies and separation and release agreements.
