The candidate should have 10+ years of experience. Must have experience in D.C. and Maryland Courts, significant real estate litigation experience, 1st chair trial experience, and a sophisticated understanding of Maryland and District of Columbia real estate law. Should preferably have a proven track record of success, strong client management skills, the ability to generate new clients, an excellent academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player. District of Columbia Bar membership is mandatory.
