Litigation Paralegal - Specialized Personal Injury
The candidates will manage cases, organize and review medical records, write summaries of medical records, draft parts of demand letters and court filings, conduct research, draft correspondence, draft and revise discovery, interact with national expert witnesses, and prepare the attorney for trial. Should have the ability to work effectively as a member of a team with attorneys, clients, other paralegals, legal assistants, and outside organizations, as well as have strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage many duties simultaneously. Must have strong interpersonal communication and writing skills, as well as an aptitude for technology, are essential for success in this role. A bachelor s degree is preferred, however other work experience and education will be considered. Advanced degree and professionally credentialed applicants are welcome. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive, is required.
