Job Description:
Personal Injury Attorney
The candidate will have the responsibility of independently managing a large caseload of which 95%-98% will be motor vehicle accident cases. The caseload will predominantly consist of pre-suit cases with some litigation duties. Focus on providing aggressive, effective, ethical representation to each individual client. Provide legal support and guidance to clients. Find ethical solutions to legal matters. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers. Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath. Otherwise handling case management from inception to completion. Stay informed about any current legislation and case law. Build trustworthy relationships with clients. Draft pleadings, written discovery, and motions. Argue motions and cover depositions.
