Trusts & Estates Attorney
The candidate should preferably have an LL.M. degree in Estate Planning or Taxation. Should have 5+ years of experience practicing trusts and estates law. Experience catering to and addressing the planning needs of federally taxable estates is required. Should preferably have 10+ years of experience practicing trusts and estates law. Experience administering probate estates is a plus. Should be Licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Additional license to practice law in North Carolina is preferred.
