Assistant State's Attorney (Support Enforcement)
The candidate will be responsible for representing the state in obtaining and enforcing court orders to determine child support obligations for eligible families. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. Should have experience and interest in family law and litigation. Some courtroom experience preferred.
