Ability to work in a fast paced environment with short time frames to complete tasks. Work both independently, and as a team player, with focus on positive customer service. Solid interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interface well with internal and external customers.

Job Description:
Program Specialist
Duties: Team Lead position is a dual role of both Program Specialist and Team Leader. Team lead is responsible for coaching and answering questions, helping to develop team s problem- solving skills. Assisting Funding Manager with implementing new or updating new process or procedures. Oversee and ensure preparation of loan and lease document are processed in a timely and efficient manner and complies with EFC s Credit Approval. Coordinate the funding and booking of transactions with vendors, sales team and other departments within the organization. Follow established procedures and to fund transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure any documentation or funding exception are resolved in a timely fashion. Scan and prepare files to be sent to Custodian in a timely and efficient manner. Work well in a dynamic, growth environment. Assisting Funding Manager with training and providing guidance to team members to ensure members adhere to company policy and procedures. Work with team members to ensure funding goals and deadlines are met. Coaching team members with problems resolution, work quality, deadlines, etc. Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures. Assisting Funding Manager with final review of team member s funding files to ensure the accuracy of documentation, invoices and funding requests. Analyze transactions; obtain approvals to ensure compliance with company policy. Prepare loan and lease documentation using designated forms and templates. Communicate with EFC sales team, vendors and external customers to ensure documentation and funding of transactions. Ensure files are prepared, organized and sent to Custodian in a timely manner. Assist Funding Manager with duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
