Job Description:
Seeking Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate (entry-level) with 1-3 years of experience. Candidate will assist in all areas of the practice, including retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, multiemployer plans, and benefits in M&A transactions. Must have a certificate, coursework, or LL.M. in employee benefits, or experience working with employee benefit plans. Must have a JD from an accredited law school and must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the State Bar for the office in which they will work by fall of 2022. Must also have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and communication skills.
