Assistant District Attorney
The candidate will handle a variety of duties including responding to questions/concerns from citizens and police officers, working with officers to prepare search warrants and court orders, preparing and responding to motions, handling court hearings at magisterial district courts and the Court of Common Pleas, conducting trials before juries and judges, and making informed sentencing recommendations to the court. Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania bar. Prior prosecutorial experience preferred.
