## Labor and Employment Attorney at OMLO
**OMLO** is looking for a senior attorney with 8-10 years of public agency labor and employment experience to join our firm. We are seeking a talented individual who has excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, organizational, communication and analytical skills. Experience with public sector is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Represent clients in public agency labor and employment matters
- Conduct legal research, analysis and writing
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
- Draft, negotiate and review contracts, policies and other documents
- Provide advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters
- Develop strategies for addressing labor and employment issues
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and other proceedings
- Provide training to clients on labor and employment issues
- Maintain current knowledge of legal developments in the labor and employment field
**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 8-10 years of experience in public agency labor and employment
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Experience with public sector is a plus
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California
