Qualifications:

* D. with licensure in PA
* 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
* Although not required, planned community and condominium experience is a plus
* Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
