# Senior Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment

## Job Description
Amundsen Davis is currently seeking an experienced employment attorney to join their Management-Side Labor & Employment team in either their Chicago, Crystal Lake, or St. Charles, IL office. The ideal candidate will possess an active Illinois bar license and have at least 7 years of experience providing comprehensive advice and counsel to employers, navigating proceedings before administrative agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts. Candidates must have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to client service. Experience with labor is a plus, but not required.

## Qualifications
* Active Illinois bar license
* At least 7 years of experience providing comprehensive advice and counsel to employers
* Experience navigating proceedings before administrative agencies
* Experience with defense litigation in federal and state courts
* Strong analytical abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Deep commitment to client service
