The candidate should be licensed to practice law in Texas, strong research and persuasive writing skills and graduation from a top tier law school with superior academic performance. Strong reputation for representing large institutional owners and operators of investment, rental property, seeks a commercial real estate associate with 3-5 years of experience. Must have experience handling various commercial restate maters: entity formation, conveyances, title review, foreclosures, boundary disputes, lease review/drafting. Engaging in direct client communication, thinking creatively, working with different practice groups, and handling the varied aspects of trial work at all stages. While landlord-tenant experience is helpful.
