Job Description:
Senior Corporate Project Finance Associate
The candidate will independently produce client-ready documents and will work with others on complex transactions. Should have a JD degree from an accredited university. Must have 5-9 years of relevant experience. Experience with debt and tax equity project finance and M&A, managing deals and teams is necessary. Should have a strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand how a project serves the client's goals; a commitment to client service and team success; and enjoy the challenge of negotiating and drafting complex transactions. The ability to communicate business goals in contract language is needed.
